I know we don't need any lucky charms for tonite (right?), but we are long suffering Auburn fans and I know I am not the only one prone to Superstitions that must be followed to assure Auburn victory. ie, you don't EVER say, "Aaron Savage hasn't fumbled a ball all season (see, I won't even use an active player for an example),  you are just asking to be JINXED.

My big Superstition....at least this year... is wearing my lucky Navy '57 Champions Throwback T-shirt under my custom made Navy Takeo Spikes jersey, circa 1996 with the orange shaded numbers. Got it last Christmas and we haven't lost a game when I've worn it. The innaugural journey was last new years against Northwestern in the Outback bowl.  I dug it out of my  luggage at half time during the Clemson game , after returning from dinner while on vacation and we came back. That instilled the superstition in me. 

The real test of the superstition came in the Iron Bowl when I wore my Road White jersey to a party . I was upset because I couldn't  I couldn't find the Spikes jersey so I went with the Roadie and hoped for the best. As we were getting pummeled I went to my Jeep to get a portable chair so I could sit outside on the patio with my wife, who was socializing instead of watching the game and found the Spikes jersey behind the chair where I put it after the Georgia game. I slapped that mother on and the comeback commenced. Luckily I didn't tell my wife I was coming to sit with her, beacause I obviously gave the jersey a chance to work its magic. Needless to say I'm a believer...of course having Cam doesn't hurt either. I haven't washed it all season, so I've had to be careful not to spill anything on it. Luckily it doesn't stink....yet.

If we win tonite I may be forced to retire it....out of respect.  I mean, you can't have you're lucky National Champonship jersey's mojo broken by South Carolina on the road can you?

Anyway, what are your superstitiions, charms, talismans and customs that give Auburn the mojo to win?
