What a season! SEC Champs, Heisman champ, and then the big one. NATIONAL CHAMPIONS. I always thought I'd see one, but just not this way. It's been special. Really special for my family and I. It's hilarious to me (now) that I was so critical of this team in the early stages of the season. I think the Tigers proved who was wrong in a very convincing fashion. Haha.


This Championship was so special for my family, as I am sure it was for your families as well. My grandfather was a huge Auburn fan, and if he were here to see the reaction of the Auburn family I know he would be grinning ear to ear.

I'm not afraid to say I teared up when Byrum hit the FG. Such a release of emotion, tension, and frustration. I face all of my bammer friends with a child like smile. Like Christmas morning is here and I got JUST what I wanted. I don't have to tell them what they already know. They've been caught. And we weren't supposed to catch them this fast.

I hope all of you thoroughly enjoyed yourselves during the season, and here's to another fun ride for 2011.
