Please keep Southern Union State Community College in your thoughts and prayers. Apparently, somebody came in shooting and one person was killed with two others injured. I don't know any of the details for sure, though. But it's certainly a serious situation. This really hits home for because I'm a Southern Union employee. I don't work at the Opelika campus this semester but I know many out there and I hope they're all okay. I hope the reported fatality is a false report. I have to say, I didn't see this happening to SU. I mean, it's such a small school I know many people out there and many former students of mine are out there as well. I'm nervous as hell right now.
