We're talking Auburn-Vandy and wishing the football gods would ease up a bit.

As if this season wasn't already bad enough, Auburn tight end Philip Lutzenkirchen will miss today's game against Vanderbilt and could be done for the season. Yaaaaay. Lutzie reportedly has a hip injury, according to Joel Erickson.

In other gameday personnel news, it appears as if sophomore center Reese Dismukes will start after missing last week's game at Ole Miss. Defensive end Dee Ford and cornerback Chris Davis, who both missed last week's matchup, are dressed and presumably ready to play against the Commodores. Defensive tackle Jeffrey Whitaker traveled with the team but is not dressed out for the game, according to Jay G. Tate. Running back Mike Blakely and safety Erique Florence did not make the trip to Nashville.

Auburn (1-5) is looking for its first SEC win of the season, and if the Tigers can't win today, there's a pretty good chance that the 2012 season will be without a conference victory.

There's plenty to discuss, so join us, won't you.
