Auburn Defensive End Corey Lemonier became the sixth Tiger Football player today to be named to a pre season national award watch list. His was named was released for the Bronko Nagurski Trophy Preseason List. The award recognizes the most outstanding defensive player in college football.
The 6’ 250 lb. Defensive End was a First Team All-SEC player in 2011. He made 47 tackles, including 13 1/2 for a loss, 9 1/2 sacks, and had15 quarterback hurries.
The Nagurski Award will be presented December 3rd.
