It's here. It's finally here. This day seemed like it would never get here.
The month-long wait has been interminable. Before the season and after last, however, it didn't seem like we'd ever get to another title game.
I'm not going to lie and pretend that I don't want this game. I do. I want it bad, but at least now, it's here, and I'm still amazed that we got here to begin with. We're just about 12 hours away as I type this. I'm nervous, anxious, excited, happy, terrified. This is going to be a good day.
I first came to this site when it replaced Track 'Em Tigers, and I've been reading daily ever since. While the last month has been trying in the comments section, I still visit daily. Tonight, it's over. No more guessing. No more arguing stats or intangibles. We get to see it. Nothing anyone says will matter anymore.
So, here we go. Out in the Rose Bowl for the first time in school history, we're there. No more talk. I have undying optimism in my school, but regardless of the outcome, this season has been something to behold, and I'm glad to have shared it in the comments section with everyone here.
War Eagle, ladies and gentlemen.
