War Eagle, everybody! It's gameday again, and the Tigers are on the road in Lexington, Kentucky. Auburn takes on the Kentucky Wildcats tonight, at 6:30 PM Central Time, on ESPN-2. As every beat writer in the Southeast has opined this week, here's the point where last year's Tigers swooned. I believe this year's team is different. This Auburn team is ready to take it to a higher level, and it begins tonight with a win on the road in the SEC.
One could not ask for better weather conditions for a night game in the Bluegrass state. Skies should be clear, and the temperature will be in the 70s, falling to the 60s by the 4th quarter. It's perfect weather for the Tigers to start fast, and keep the hammer down!
