The Ray Guy Awards committee has announced that Auburn punter Steven Clark is one of three finalists for the nation's top punter in college football award. The winner will be announced Dec. 8. on ESPN's College Football Award's show.

The other finalist are Jackson Rice of Oregon and Louisiana Tech's Ryan Allen.

When learning about his finalist selection, the sophomore from Kansas City said, "I don't really believe awards are something you achieve, it's just something that happens. It's an honor to be mentioned."

Those are pretty humble remarks when you take a look at his numbers. Only eight of Steven's punts have been returned and for a total of just 41 yards. He is averaging 40.4 yards per punt and is first in the SEC and tied for second in the country for punts inside the 20 with 30.

We're proud of you Steven and here's to hoping you keep Bama backed up all day in the Iron Bowl.
