"Woooo! We've always dreamed of being named to the Senior Bowl watch list!"
"Woooo! We've always dreamed of being named to the Senior Bowl watch list!"

The Senior Bowl, played annually at Mobile's Ladd-Peebles Stadium, released its preseason watch list today. The list features five Auburn players: T'Sharvan Bell, Emory Blake, Philip Lutzenkirchen, Onterio McCalebb and John Sullen. All five are expected to be major contributors for the Tigers this season.

The SEC easily leads all conferences with 71 players listed. The next closest conference is the Big 10 with 46. Alabama, Georgia and Nebraska lead the pack with nine players each on the list.

The 2013 edition of the Senior Bowl will be held on Jan. 26. In the 2012 game, one Auburn player, offensive lineman Josh Harris, played for the South squad. A total of 312 names are on the preseason watch list, which will be pared down to two 50-man rosters for the game. Obviously, any Auburn representatives will be placed on the South roster.

The entire list can be found here.
