Alabama laid the wood to Sun Belt foe Florida International on Saturday, but a few other teams gave impressive performances against "real" opponents. The result? Several No.1 votes were pried away from the Crimson Tide in this week's BlogPoll. In addition to Alabama receiving 85 first-place votes, Oregon, Florida State, Kansas State, Stanford, Notre Dame and Florida were ranked No. 1 on at least one ballot.
The biggest mover in a positive direction was Oregon State, who joined the rankings at No. 19 after its second consecutive upset win. Oklahoma took the biggest fall, dropping 11 spots to No. 17.
Our co-favorite ballots this week belong to Alligator Army and Tomahawk Nation. It's nice to see such heated rivals cuddle up together.
Best thing about this week's BlogPoll? @tomahawknation having Florida No. 1 ... while @alligatorarmy has FSU No. 1: sbn.to/Oq3Q2Y
