The last time Auburn and Texas A&M got together, the Aggies absolutely bludgeoned the Tigers, leaving Jordan-Hare Stadium with a lopsided 42-point victory. This year, A&M's offense is just as good, but its defense is suspect, ranking 111th nationally against the run and 106th against the pass. The Ags are averaging an incredible 47.8 points and 586.5 yards per game, but the defense is letting some opponents hang around by giving up 32.0 points and 474.3 yards per contest. Those numbers rank second-to-last and last in the  SEC, respectively.

The Aggie are coming of a narrow victory on the road against Ole Miss, a game in which they needed 10 points in the final four minutes to sneak out of Oxford with a 41-38 win. A&M outgained the Rebels, 587-462, but two turnovers nearly cost the Ags the game.

KEY AGGIES ON OFFENSE

Johnny Manziel, QB -- Perhaps you've heard of this guy. The reigning Heisman Trophy winner is picking up where he left off last season, averaging 357.0 passing yards and 90.0 yards on the ground in SEC games. He's compiled 19 total touchdowns this season, but has given the ball away a few times with five interceptions

Mike Evans, WR -- Evans is without a doubt Manziel's go-to target. He leads the SEC with 737 receiving yards, and that's on just 32 catches. He's caught five touchdown passes and averages 122.8 yards per game.

Ben Malena, RB -- Manziel may be the star runner on the team, but Malena is no slouch. On 12.2 attempts per game, he's averaging 5.1 yards per carry and has scored eight touchdowns this year.

KEY AGGIES ON DEFENSE

Howard Matthews, DB -- The junior leads A&M with 38 tackles this season.

Darian Claiborne, LB -- A freshman, Claiborne is fourth on the team with 32 tackles, and he leads the Aggies with four tackles for loss.

Steven Jenkins, LB -- Jenkins has done a little bit of everything this year. He's second to Matthews with 34 tackles and also has two pass breakups, one sack, one forced fumble and one QB hurry.
