Watch List Watching

Each week, we’ll take a look at how the Auburn players on watch lists performed on the field and who their competition might be.

Kevin C. Cox

Sammie Coates (Biletnikoff)

Coates had two catches for 58 yards, including a 52 yarder. You can vote for Coates to win the Biletnikoff here.

Reese Dismukes (Lombardi, Outland, Rimington)

Just heartbroken for Dismukes this week as the senior's fumble ended Auburn's chances of a comeback. It was a rare bad snap from a senior starter who will have started as many games as almost any player in Auburn history.

Nick Marshall (Davey O'Brien, Manning, Maxwell, Walter Camp)

Marshall is very quietly putting up some of the best numbers in the country. He went 15-of-21 for one touchdown and 219 yards, and ran for another 67 yards and two touchdowns.

Marshall is now ranked sixth in total offensive production in Auburn history, passing Patrick Nix.

CJ Uzomah (Mackey)

Uzomah caught one pass for 12 yards.

Gabe Wright (Bronko Nagurski, Outland)

Wright recorded one tackle.

Notable Competition

Sigh...QB Kyle Allen was named the Walter Camp Offensive Player of the Week for his breakout performance against Auburn.
