Auburn vs Georgia: How to Watch and Preview

New, 1 comment

The Tigers and Bulldogs renew the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry again, tonight. Here's what you need to know about it.

Nelson Chenault-USA TODAY Sports

What: #9 Auburn Tigers at #15 Georgia Bulldogs

Where: Sanford Stadium, Athens, GA

When: 7:15pm EST / 6:15pm CDT

How to Watch: The game is on ESPN and will be streamed on ESPN3 or the WatchESPN app.

How to Listen: Rod and Stan can be found here.

Betting Lines: Most are listing Georgia as a 2.5 point favorite. Bovada has them at only a 2 point favorite.

Previews:

Matt, as usual, has you covered with the serious preview.

Bobby Barkley's got your Smoking Barn.

Storylines:

When Georgia Has The Ball: How will Todd Gurley appear in his first game back? Will Georgia pick right up where they left off prior to his suspension with their two-headed monster at running back? Will Hutson Mason be able to take advantage of Auburn's weak secondary? Conversely, can Auburn's D keep everything in front of them and prevent Gurley and Chubb from having big games?

When Auburn Has The Ball: Will Georgia - who hasn't been doing very well in the run defense department, lately - be able to slow down the SEC's leading rusher in Cameron Artis-Payne? Who will step up in Duke Williams' absence? Can the Tigers outscore the Bulldogs if the D can't slow Georgia down?

This game is likely going to be a shoot-out. I can see it going a number of ways. Hopefully it comes out well for the good guys. War Eagle!
