Home On The Plains : The Tigers Are Back In Town

Start your weekend by watching Tigers ride horses!

Shanna Lockwood-USA TODAY Sports

Did you miss the Tigers?  Last week was a rare instance of a complete bye week on the Plains.  With the exception of the Pearl Jam event for students, none of Auburn’s teams were in action at home.  The boys and girls are back in town this week though, so let’s have a look at the schedule.  War Eagle!

Friday, November 7th

Equestrian vs. Texas A&M, AU Horse Center, 3:00 PM

If you like free stuff, you want to be at the Horse Center on Friday afternoon.  The first 50 fans will receive free #AUET t-shirts.  The first 100 will receive Auburn Equestrian mason jars with straws.  Finally, the first 250 will receive Auburn Equestrian Cup Sleeves.  Admission to the meet is free.

Volleyball vs. Arkansas, Auburn Arena, 6:00 PM

The first 500 fans in attendance will receive tailgate cups, courtesy of Verizon Wireless.  Admission to the match is free.

Men’s Basketball vs. West Alabama, Auburn Arena, 8:30 PM

The first exhibition of the Bruce Pearl era takes place on Friday night.  Get your first look at the Tigers on the court as they look to teach West Alabama a thing or two about the sport of basketball.  A limited number of standing room only tickets are available here.
