Auburn vs Coastal Carolina Game Open Thread

Your place to discuss tonight's home basketball game.

Michael C. Johnson-USA TODAY Sports

The Auburn Tigers men's basketball team returns to action tonight at home for only the third game of the season. Auburn has had some rough times on the road so far this season, with three losses out west. The Tigers are undefeated at home so far though with an opening night victory over Milwaukee and then an impressive offensive performance against Louisiana-Lafayette.

The Tigers continue to be plagued by cold-shooting in their games, and I suspect that will continue tonight at some point, unfortunately. It doesn't help that Antoine Mason is still out with what is being referred to as a bone bruise according to Bruce Pearl's press conference this afternoon. Pearl did not give any time table for Mason's return, but it's not looking like it will come anytime soon.

Auburn's loss on Tuesday night was a heart-breaker, as the Tigers held a good lead for a time until they hit a ten minute scoreless streak spanning the end of the 1st half and beginning of the 2nd half. The Tigers only scored 44 points, but lost on a last second basket by Texas Tech.

Home has been kind to the Tigers so far this season. Hopefully tonight is no different.

If you're not in the arena, then hopefully you'll join in the discussion below.

It's time, once again, for Auburn basketball.
