Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn has landed his 16th commitment in the class of 2015, with the pickup of '15 OG/OT Tyler Carr, from in-state. The 6'5, 311-pound offensive lineman has the ability to play both guard and tackle for the Tigers, but projects more likely to start his career off on the outside at tackle. Auburn was a finalist with two other teams, Alabama and Georgia, but Carr held offers from some of the most prestigious schools in the country, including Arkansas, Florida, Louisville, Miami, Nebraska, Penn State, and Texas. Carr also received plenty of interest from Clemson, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Notre Dame, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt.

With Carr joining the class, the Tigers now have four offensive lineman committed in 2015, joining the likes of Marquel Harrell, Kaleb Kim and Bailey Sharp. Before his commitment on Tuesday morning, the 247Sports Crystal Ball expertshad Carr pegged to become a Tiger. All 27 predictions that were put in were for Auburn, so it's clear that the Tigers were certainly considered the front runners.

What's even better is that head coach Gus Malzahn might not be done for the day. '15 TE Jalen Harris is announcing his decision later tonight, and the Tigers are among the finalists there as well, along with Alabama.
