Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn and his coaching staff have landed a major recruit in the class of 2016. '16 WR Nate Craig, a five-star recruit under the 247Sports Composite, gave his commitment to the Tigers late on Monday night. The 6'3, 205-pound Craig (Tampa, FL) is ranked as the 17th best overall prospect in the country, the second best wide receiver in his class, and the second best player out of the state of Florida.
The star-studded wide receiver has visited Auburn many times, including in April, but most recently on July 18. Auburn offered Craig back in January and has since kept in close contact with the recruit. Craig is the third commitment for Auburn in the class of 2016, which previously landed tight end Landon Rice and running back Jalin Buie.
The 247Sports Crystal Ball had this particular prediction pretty much pegged as 81 percent of the experts correctly predicted that Craig would end up at Auburn. Ohio State had 14 percent of the projections, while Michigan State was left with five. Craig made his decision known on Monday night via Twitter that he was a Tiger:

There is some concern among many experts, however, about the possibilities that Craig doesn't stick to his commitment. Many have said that by the time this recruiting class is finished, they wouldn't be surprised to see Craig with a different team. While that may or may not be the case, for now, Craig is a Tiger.
