Lots of good stuff from Gus Malzahn, tonight. I think it's obvious he's been looking forward to the LSU game. I definitely hope the crowd is loud and rowdy Saturday night. I get the feeling (and this may just be complete homer optimism after some of our woes in the running game) that Gus has been holding back a bit at times so far this season.
Having Truitt in the line up is going to be a big help going forward. If he can consistently make catches, he may be gunning for Ricardo Louis' job before too long. He is extremely fast and may provide another spark on outside screens to pull defenders out of the box.
