I think we all knew Sean White would start for Auburn on Saturday, but Gus confirmed it this morning in his discussion with the press. You can tell it's been a difficult decision for him to make to swap QBs, but as Peggy pointed out, a reboot was needed.
Jovon Robinson is still "injured," huh? I put that in quotation marks because there are stories on message boards that he hasn't been doing everything asked of him. Honestly, I'm not exactly upset if that's the case. However, Gus is normally pretty candid about players being in the doghouse (as opposed to injuries). Some ankle injuries are really hard to get over, too. When Chunky PB & J are getting the job done, maybe it's not a bad idea to rest the other "J" until he is completely healthy. Especially with Roc also facing some injury issues.
See my note below the tweet on if Kerryon Johnson could throw it out of the Wildcat.
Arkansas IS a good team on paper. WarRoom Eagle and others pointed out on Twitter early today about their 3rd down woes being a bit worse than Auburn's. There redzone scoring has been worse than Auburn's, too. This has all the potential of a slugfest, and if it comes down to kickers, I'll take #Legatron any day. Stopping Alex Collins is key for Auburn, although the Tigers haven't done much to stop an excellent back all season long. We'll see, though.
Now to the tweets!
