Well, the number of players to watch is dwindling by the day. With Duke dismissed, Jeremy on the bench and Carl out with injury, there's less and less to "watch." But, we'll keep an eye on the guys still making plays.
Alex Kozan and Avery Young: For the first time all season, the offensive line played a penalty free game. This needs to become a trend.
Kris Frost: was the second leading tackler in the game with 5 solo tackles and 7 assists
Jonathan Jones: 4 tackles.
Cassanova McKinzy: started the game in Carl Lawson's "Buck" position and showed some speed coming off the end. He had 2 solo tackles, 2 assists, 1 sack and 3 QB hurries. Our friends at the AU Wishbone make a good case for Cass as defensive MVP through the season so far.
Of note, Johnathan Ford, though not on a Watch List, was named SEC Special Teams Player of the Week for his 81 yards on kick returns.
