Well, there's some coach speak in this one if I've ever heard it. "Hope" to name starting quarterback before the game. Austin Golson "may play." Alabama is the most talented team in the nation (ok, that's probably right, honestly). Oh, and Shon Coleman is possible/probable. That's excellent news. I'm convinced one of the reasons the Wildcat disappeared a good bit of the last two weeks is because it's essential to have both Leff and Coleman in at the same time for the overloaded line.
Yeah, we definitely kicked a lot of field goals last year. Against Alabama. Against Mississippi State. Oh, that's also been a problem this season, as well. Hmmm. That's something Auburn really needs to work on. I don't know that Alabama is the team you want to be "working on" something like this on, though.
The defense is definitely taking shape, as he notes. There's a great future ahead for this defense as long as we keep Coach Boom around and we keep getting some great recruits in.
I completely forgot about the Lance Thompson dynamic. Having him on staff can definitely help, but we'll see just how much it helps on Saturday.
Alright, that's it. See below for all the tweets!
