Wednesdays with (Oscar) Whiskey: S03E08 - "Iron Bowls of Future Past"

In this episode, Oscar shares with us Iron Bowls from his past and Iron Bowls yet to come.

Shanna Lockwood-USA TODAY Sports

Well, here we are at the end of the season.  One last game to go and yep, it is the Iron Bowl.  If the preseason expectations and hype had held true than this game would have absolutely been the media darling.  Instead, we have an Auburn team that has been struggling since the opening whistle and an Alabama team that almost seems they picked up right where they left off.

I don't know about you, but I could not be more excited!

These are the games with setups like this that make college football the best sport to watch.  Logic.  Reason.  You take those things and you send them right to Hell!  They don't matter anymore and I'll be damned if they ever did!  It's Rivalry Week!  It's the 80th match up between the Auburn Tigers and the Alabama Crimson Tide!  It's the Iron Bowl!  The greatest game played in college football!  Screw you Ohio State-Michigan!  Screw you Texas-Texas A&M!  You don't even play each other anymore!  Screw you Oregon-Oregon State!  Civil War my ass!  Screw you Harvard-Yale!  You're cool Army-Navy (Go Navy)!  And screw you Oklahoma-Oklahoma State!

Let's do this Auburn!  Step on that field on Saturday and give Bama hell!

WAR DAMN EAGLE!
