WANTED: Give Us the Biggest Auburn Twitter Moments of 2015

We made a FanShot, but it's just not enough. It's time for a look back at 2015 on the Plains.

Give us your biggest Auburn Twitter moments before the ball drops and that countdown reaches zero.

It's about that time—New Year's Eve parties, resolutions for 2016, crazy bowl games.

2015 sure did fly by. Can you even remember as far back as January of this year? Seems like forever ago, doesn't it? I mean, do you even remember Matt Millen's voice cracking every time he said the word "vision" to talk about running backs? Do you remember when he rang the doorbell, too?

We understand. It takes a lot of therapy to try to forget most of that, so we won't attempt to undo all of that for you.

Ah, but 2015 was an interesting year for Auburn athletics. There were plenty of joys: new trees planted at Toomer's Corner, a historic SEC Tournament run for Bruce Pearl and Auburn Basketball, a historic SEC Tournament and Women's College World Series run for Auburn Softball, my return to the drunk angst machine that is Auburn CFB Twitter...

Oh, and there were plenty of—let's just say—confusing events, too. Early 2015 rumors that Duke Williams was leaving, speculation about Will Muschamp's defense, Heisman chatter re: Jeremy Johnson, CFB Playoff chatter about Auburn Football, Duke Williams' lack of production, Duke Williams' dismissal...geez, now I really wish 2016 would hurry up and get here (see what I did there?).

2015 brought the good, the bad, the ugly (looking at you, Sunny), the confusing, and the downright sad, but hey, it's what makes Auburn athletics such a roller coaster ride—the kind of roller coaster ride that only a select few choose to take.

You should be proud, famb. You made it through another year. Take a bow...and maybe a Xanax.

Anyway, to celebrate the coming of a new year, we'd like to take a look back at what made this year so crazy for Auburn, which is why we want you to give us your Biggest Auburn Twitter Moments of 2015. What makes an Auburn-related event Twitter-worthy, you might ask?

Glad you asked, actually. Twitter now has a really neat feature available to most everyone called "Tweet Activity" (see below).

Twitter Activity

Follow that red arrow for your stats.

You can click on this feature from your profile page and see what kind of action your tweets got all year, including impressions (views), engagement (clicks), RTs/Faves, etc. It's a pretty neat little tool, and if you tweet/RT a lot during the year, you're likely to find an Auburn-related tweet that caught some serious fire emojis during 2015.

Or, if you'd rather not mess with all that technical mumbo-jumbo, just reach back into your memory machine (aka your brain), and tell us which Auburn moment(s) was the biggest in 2015—any sport, any coach, any time of year, anything Auburn. Our panel of experts will compile your submissions and create a Top Ten Countdown List that will reveal itself before New Year's Eve.

That's right. You can start 2016 with a bang—by proving your chops on an official SBNation website for all of your friends, family, and coworkers to see.

So what are you waiting for? Submit your biggest Auburn moments of 2015 one of three ways:

1. Leave it in a comment below this post.

2. Tweet your submissions to @CollegeandMag or @bobby_barkley between now and December 29th using the hashtag #MyAuburnMoment15.

3. Send your submission via email at bobbybarkley14@gmail.com (only if you're desperate/live under a rock).

Give us your best shot, folks! We can't wait to see what you've got.
