BASKETBALL

Devil Waddell is "available" for tomorrow's game against Coastal Carolina. He suffered concussion symptoms against Georgia Southern a little over a week ago and sat out last Friday's win over Northwestern State.

Tahj Shamsin-Deen's most recent injury has been a rallying point for the Tigers. So much so that Bruce Pearl didn't hesitate to say that Tahj is traveling with the team to their first road game at Coastal Carolina, tonight.

Auburn wants more from TJ Lang than just being an effective three-point shooter. He's great at doing that, though. That's not because Bruce Pearl doesn't believe Lang is doing enough - his FG% is highest on the team - but because they know he's capable of being even better.

SOFTBALL

Rising junior Kasey Cooper has been invited to participate in the USA Softball Team's 2016 Women's National Team selection camp. Congrats to a fantastic player! She definitely deserves it after the excellent job she did playing third base last season.

FOOTBALL

Could Will Muschamp be gone from the Plains after just one season? Kirby Smart supposedly wants him at Georgia. He may be the head guy at South Carolina. Here are some thoughts on the whole thing and who Auburn might target should he leave.

Peggy celebrates the Holiday season with some reGIFting in this week's Undercover Barner. It's a great laugh, as all Peggy's UcBs tend to be.

It wasn't the most fun experience in the world, but we've still got Plays and Players of the Game for the Iron Bowl. See what the group thinks were the keys in this game.

Dr Z provides his opinion on the Iron Bowl and what Gus Malzahn and Auburn need to be successful going forward. I don't 100% agree (I think Sean White can run just enough to make the offense work; as it did when he was at Tulsa and Arkansas State), but for the most part I'd have to agree.

Auburn could end up playing Cincinnati in a bowl game, which would mean facing former Tigers head coach Tommy Tuberville. How does Tubs feel about that? He wouldn't be too thrilled with it, that's for sure.

What does a QB coach in Florida who has worked with a number of players think of Auburn commit Woody Barrett? Chadd Scott took one to find out, and in the end he really liked what he saw.

In sad/moving news, read what Abby Lutzenkirchen had to say about her brother Philip.
