Today was quite the day in recruiting for Auburn. First, there was the announcement of the nation's #1 Fullback, Malik Miller. That was accompanied by the usual "BOOM" tweets from staff members, but then Dameyune Craig added a bit more to the end.
Boom! Beautiful day in Auburn. I'm expecting more booooms today:-)!

This put everyone on alert for another commitment, and it was followed up very shortly afterwards with the announcement that Jamarcus King, one of the top JUCO cornerback in the nation, was committing to Auburn via Twitter.
King's 247Sports profile lists him as a composite three star and the #4 cornerback in the nation. He's 6'1, 180lbs, so he's got pretty typical size for what Auburn looks for in corners. He's originally from Eight Mile, Alabama, and boasted offers from other top programs such as Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Florida.
The Film
The Depth
Auburn needs cornerbacks with experience. Aside from Josh Holsey and Jonathan Jones, the Tigers were down to true sophomores, essentially. The addition of Blake Countess this off season shored that depth up a bit, but that's a one year fix and Holsey will be graduating, as well. Adding a top JUCO CB should go a long way towards ensuring the Tigers have some experienced depth at the CB position next fall.
The Class
With the two commitments today, the Tigers are up to 23rd in the nation. We're at eight commitments, now. Hopefully we'll be adding a few more on the defensive side of the ball (especially the line), soon.
