Cassanova McKinzy: 8 solo tackles, 5 assists, 2 sacks, 3 TFL. McKinzy had a career day and fought through injury to drop the JSU QB for a 16 yard loss on third-and-goal in OT. Bottomline: Auburn probably loses without that play from Cass.

Jonathan Jones: 6 solo tackles, 1 assists, 2 pass break-ups. Jones was a finalist for the Lott IMPACT Player of the Week.

Kris Frost: 2 tackles, 6 assists.

Carl Lawson: Did not play. Please come back, Carl!

Jeremy Johnson: 21-31 for 236 yds; 2 TDs/2INTs.  All due respect to a very good Jacksonville State team, but Johnson should have thrown for 236 yards in the first half and the interception problem continues.

Duke Williams: 2 catches for 22 yards. Teams are going to double and triple cover Duke, and until JJ can consistently throw it to the right team, Duke's numbers will likely stay low.

Alex Kozan and Avery Young: Kozan played; Young was held out due to injury.

The Football Writers Association of America, which awards the Outland Trophy, now has a weekly ranking of interior linemen. You can read more about how the statistical analysis breaks out here. This week's leader is C Ryan Kelly from Alabama. None of the Auburn players made the top 25.
