Wednesdays with (Oscar) Whiskey: S03E04 - "Flat Tire"

In this episode, Oscar has a conversation with himself while performing a basic car related task and in the process makes a lot of car metaphors.

Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

Let me start off by saying that I am in no way inferring that Jeremy Johnson nor any particular individual on this football team is a flat tire.  The team, however, is acting like it has one, though.  They look sluggish on both sides of the ball and while there are a few guys out there trying to motivate and drive Auburn to success, they alone are not capable of carrying this Tigers team.  The success we, as fans, enjoyed over the past two seasons came from having a team that was almost complete.  Gus and Co. were missing a couple of key pieces, but thanks to some creative ingenuity with tried and true parts that were already there, it made it seem a lot easier than it probably was in reality.  Now, Auburn is experiencing a shortage in nearly every department and supply is not meeting demand as of this moment.  However, it is not something to panic over.  Give Malzahn Motors the time and trust to work out the kinks and fine hone the product he his building as of now.  Are you tired of the car metaphors, yet? Good lord I am!  Anyway, that will about do it from me. Be sure to tune in next week! Same Whiskey time! Same Whiskey channel! College and Magnolia dot com.
