FACILITIES
AuburnUndercover got their hands on a letter from Jay Jacobs to donors that details the plans for facilities upgrades throughout all Auburn Athletics. There are some very lofty goals a lot of money needed to make these happen.
BASEBALL
Single game tickets and Pick 6 plans are on sale for Butch Thompson's first season at the helm of Auburn baseball! This could be a very fun year for the Tigers, so you don't want to miss your chances to see them play!
BASKETBALL
No change in the #FreeDanjel movement, right now. Bruce Pearl seems to believe that there's a resolution coming in the very near future.
The Jackson (MS) newspaper thinks Bowers and Harris can be a real tough match-up for Ole Miss. I certainly hope so, as Auburn could really use the road victory.
The ladies added a transfer from Weber State, Monday. I have no idea what the protocol is for when she'll be able to play, but you can check on the subject, here!
GYMNASTICS
The Tigers dropped a bit in the polls down to 9th. The SEC schedule doesn't get any easier, either, as they'll take on another top ranked squad this Friday night.
FOOTBALL
Kerryon Johnson had minor shoulder surgery and will miss most of the spring, but he should be good to go for the fall practices. Perhaps the need for this is what limited his touches in the later half of the season.
We're just over one week from signing day, so let's check in on the recruiting efforts, shall we? Things are looking pretty good at some positions. At others there are definitely still some questions.
Admit it, you're wondering what Auburn's linebackers are going to be like this coming season, aren't you? Well, we know there's Jeff Holland and Tre Williams. Don't count on Deshaun Davis, either. Then there are the redshirts from this last season. One of those is Richard McBryde, whom the Ledger-Enquirer talked about, yesterday. They also examined RS Freshman wide-receiver Darius Slayton, who will look to break into the rotation in a big way this fall.
How have Auburn players in the Senior Bowl done over the past 18 or so years? AL.com examines their history since 1998 in the game. Jonathan Jones is Auburn's lone participant in this year's game.
