How to Watch Auburn vs Vanderbilt Live Online Time, TV Schedule, and Preview

A quick breakdown of the game and how to watch.

John Reed-USA TODAY Sports

Auburn is looking to break a losing streak and even the series - yes, you read that right - with Vanderbilt today in Jordan-Hare Stadium. Unlike the last two times Auburn played Vanderbilt, though, the Tigers are not having one of their bad seasons that tend to come every few years. This is an Auburn team firing on all cylinders.

When Auburn Has The Ball

Vanderbilt has a salty defense led by Zach Cunningham, an excellent linebacker who could play for anyone. The Commodores have the toughest defense Auburn has played since the LSU game.

That still shouldn't be enough to prevent the Tigers from moving the ball relatively easily. Vanderbilt does give up some big plays, and Auburn has been generating some big plays this year. Sean White may throw the ball a bit more in this one with to open the running game up if Vandy stacks the box. I don't expect Auburn to try to cruise through this one, though. With their tough defense, Vanderbilt isn't a team you want to give confidence to.

When Vanderbilt Has The Ball

The Vandy QB has been... not good. He hasn't thrown for very many yards in any game. What they do have, though, is the SEC's second-leading rusher (behind Pettway) in Ralph Webb. Auburn will have to work to shut Webb down and make sure that when Vanderbilt is in an obvious passing situation, they're able to get to the QB fast and prevent dump-off passes like Ole Miss was able to execute last week.
