There's a TON of information in this one. Of course, most of the information is from the players and not from Gus. Oh, and I love Carl Lawson. That kid is awesome.
I'm liking Gus' words about Kodi Burns. Of course, what do you expect him to say? Still, I think Kodi will be a good coach. I would also say that it sounds like John Franklin III will be the starter if he gets the offense down and can be at least Nick Marshall accurate. I'm sure that will please plenty of people. There's still a lot of competition to go, though, and he's facing QBs who have been in the system for a while.
I like what Golson and Cox are saying about the offense and the different energy. It also seems like Herb Hand is putting his mark on the offense, too. That's something that's really been needed, and I think was what I was most excited for when Hand came in. He's someone Gus trusts enough to add in some new wrinkles.
As for Carl Lawson's time at the podium, how can you not pull for someone like that? I'll give credit to Marcello for coming back at the end and pointing out Lawson's response on the whole "No Comment" thing. He's got some interesting information in there about Kevin Steele's coaching style and what seems like a knock on Muschamp's style. And the bit about his injury against Louisville? That hurts me.
Now to the tweets.
