AUBURN NEWS
The official site has a feature on some 2016 graduates who have garnered jobs with ESPN following graduation.
BASEBALL
Gabe Gross was named Auburn's SEC Baseball Legend. That's an honor well-deserved. He's done fairly well commentating on the SEC Network for baseball games, as well.
Auburn's first midweek game went well last night as the Tigers defeated Troy 7-2.
SOFTBALL
Kasey Cooper has had quite the Auburn career. The junior swept two major SEC Awards, yesterday, winning the SEC Player of the Year and the Scholar Athlete of the Year. That's remarkable.
FOOTBALL
Tyler Queen has already had the surgery on his shoulder that we learned of the other day. It reportedly went well. I hope he's able to get fully healed and have some opportunity to see the football field.
Gus Malzahn spoke about what Auburn will and won't do when it comes to the satellite camp circuit. He's emphasized that Auburn is not going to travel the world and do anything extravagant. Shortly afterwards, Jim Harbough announced some of his coaches would take part in a camp in Australia. That's not a joke.
Duke Williams got a tryout with the Rams, and now he's signed a Free Agent deal with them. He'll have every chance to make that roster given their need for wide receivers.
