Ever wanted to know what summer workouts and conditioning drills are like for football players? Well, wonder no more. Thanks to Auburn's strength and conditioning coach, we now have a video of various Tigers going through the grueling workouts in their attempts to improve and #EarnIt to use the slogan for this year's team.
All I have to say is "no thanks." I'll stick to my 5-7 mile runs and general Army calisthenics exercises. This should give you a little bit more appreciation of the grind these players put in off the field that we never get to see.
