How to Watch and Preview Auburn vs Ole Miss Live Online, Time, TV Schedule, and More

Auburn needs a win in a bad way.

Jim Brown-USA TODAY Sports

Auburn is sitting at 0-2 in the SEC after a pretty good OOC schedule and desperately needing a win against the Ole Miss Rebels today in Auburn Arena.

Fortunately, for Auburn, the Rebels are also 0-2 in the conference.

Unfortunately, for Auburn, those two losses have been to two of the best teams in the conference in Kentucky and Florida.

This is going to be a tough game for the Tigers, but it will thankfully be on the home court at Auburn Arena.

The Rebels have four places averaging double-digits in points. The leader of the team is senior forward Sebastian Saiz, who is averaging 15.7 points and 12.2 rebounds per game. That's extremely impressive. He's not even the leader of the team in points per game. That's junior guard Deandre Burnett at 19.1 points per game.

This is going to be one of those games where the Tigers' struggles on the defensive side of the ball could result in a very frustrating experience.

Nothing has changed for Auburn. It's the freshmen leading the way in pretty much every category. It's to be hoped that at some point they'll put together the effort and skill to play a good defensive game while also not taking quick bad shots.

This has been a frustrating team at times this season. It's important to remember that they're still all freshmen. They're going to get there eventually. It just may not be as fast as we want.

A win in this one could go a long way towards getting the Tigers back on track. A loss would just add to the frustration that has developed since the UGA game.
