Some recruits like the recruiting process. They hope to acquire as many offers as they possibly can from schools all over the country. They release multiple edits showing all their different top teams as they slowly whittle down to a select few schools. Finally, they put together an epic video that ends with them announcing their commitments.
Not 3* ATH Josh Marsh.
The Decatur, AL native showed up to Auburn’s last camp this summer and was impressive. So impressive that the Auburn staff decided to extend him an offer. He didn’t wait long to pull the trigger, in fact he basically did it moments after the offer was extended. No long, drawn out process for Marsh, he wanted to be and is an Auburn Tiger.

Marsh’s collegiate position hasn’t really been decided just yet (though he’s listed as a linebacker in the AU account graphic). The coaching staff basically told him they would figure those things out once he got on campus. Marsh is an intriguing prospect as there’s a chance he could end up at any of the three levels of defense. There’s a good shot he starts out at safety though I think his future will be at linebacker. At 6’2” 215 lbs there’s also the chance he puts enough weight on that he could transition to the Buck and rush the passer. It will be interesting to see come the end of spring practice where the talented athlete lands.
War Eagle Josh!
