We’ve only got one more SEC home game in 2018, which means November has arrived and soon we’ll be lamenting the completion of another season. There are some of us that won’t be doing that, since this has been quite a stressful football season. However, there’s never an occasion not to be excited about a home game against a good opponent. It’s time to show up and show out at Jordan-Hare Stadium for one final time (in conference play) to send Auburn into a solid November.
Texas A&M is... an interesting team. They’ve lost to who they should, and beaten who they should. The wins have not been impressive, with three SEC victories over Arkansas, Kentucky, and South Carolina by only 16 combined points. They pulled an Auburn and lost to Mississippi State in Starkville, and the only claim to fame is that they played Clemson tough and played Alabama closer than anyone else this year.
Okay.
Auburn, meanwhile, is coming off of a bye week and a win. The Tigers should be healthy, and hopefully spent the time off cooking up new things in the lab and getting Boobee Whitlow fitted with bionic body parts. He’s going to get a lot of work in the coming weeks. The Tigers are a slight favorite, at home in the morning, and looking for a springboard win. They can get it over the Aggies.
