Highlights
Scouting Report
One of the key traits Auburn looks for in their defensive back recruits is speed and you won’t find many DBs in the southeast faster than Nehemiah Pritchett. The Jackson, AL native earned an offer this summer in large part due to the jaw dropping 40 times he put up. But he cemented his place in this class with a fantastic senior campaign. Pritchett is outstanding when the ball is in the air and at 6’0” 174 lbs, possesses a long wingspan that allows him to match up just fine with bigger wide outs. Auburn likes DBs that can play all over the field and Pritchett fits that mold.
The Class
More than likely the Tigers are done at defensive back, though keep an eye on 4* CB Tyrique Stevenson. He offficially visited this past weekend and it appears that at worst, Auburn is running #2 behind Georgia. Other defensive backs in the class inlcude Zion Puckett, Jaylin Simpson, and athletes Cam’Ron Kelly and Jashawn Sheffield.
