Dang, now that we’re on this side of Christmas, the Music City Bowl against Purdue seems like it snuck up on us!
Auburn battles the Boilermakers on Friday in Nashville in the final game of the season as the Tigers try to end on a good note and head into 2019 feeling much better than they did after the Iron Bowl.
The Tigers may be without a couple guys like Nick Coe, but it’s the final game for quarterback Jarrett Stidham, and this’ll be the first time that we know for sure who’s calling the plays as Gus Malzahn steps back into that role. Purdue’s going to be a motivated team, playing against a preseason top ten squad, and in the first ever matchup between these two schools, that may be a huge factor in who wins.
You won’t want to miss it. Leave work early if you have to, just make sure you’re sitting down as we see a glimpse of next year on the field in Nashville.

Line: Auburn is a 3-point favorite, with an over-under set at 55.5 according to Oddsshark. They predict that the Tigers will win a close 29-28 game, and I know that Auburn fans wouldn’t have it any other way.
