After the SEC released the conference schedule last Friday, it was only a matter of time before the rest of Auburn’s schedule would be unveiled. That happened this morning as Auburn released their non-conference schedule for the 2018-2019 season. Auburn will play 13 non-conference games, 8 at Auburn Arena, and highlighted by 3 games in the Maui Invitational November 19-21. Auburn will play an exhibition game on Friday, November 2 against Lincoln Memorial, the night before the Texas A&M football game.

The regular season opens up on November 6th against in-state opponent South Alabama. The season’s best non-conference home game comes in Game 2 as Auburn welcomes the Washington Huskies into Auburn Arena on November 9th. Washington is expected to be one of the top teams in the Pac-12 and this could very easily be a Top 25 early season matchup. The matchup with the Huskies is the first in a home-and-home series with the Tigers traveling to Seattle in the 2019-2020 season.

Auburn will host the Mississippi College Choctaws on November 14 before they fly out to Hawaii for the Maui Invitational which will be played November 19-21. Auburn will open with Xavier on the 19th and play either Duke or San Diego State on the 20th. They will one of Arizona, Iowa State, Gonzaga or Illinois on the 21st to close out the tournament.

Auburn returns home for its first of 2 previously unannounced games at Auburn Arena as the Tigers will welcome the Saint Peter’s Peacocks on Wednesday, November 28. Auburn will then welcome the UNC Asheville Bulldogs on Tuesday, December 4th. The Bulldogs won the Big South Regular Season Title last year but lost their head coach to Middle Tennessee. Auburn completes a home and home series with the Dayton Flyers on Saturday December 8th in Auburn. Dayton is coached by former Alabama coach Anthony Grant.

Auburn plays its next 2 games away from Auburn Arena as the Tigers travel to Birmingham to play UAB on December 15th in a game that will be played at the BJCC. Then, another great non-conference matchup is set in Raleigh, North Carolina as the Tigers travel to play the North Carolina State Wolfpack on December 19th. The Wolfpack will play in Auburn during the 2019-2020 season.

The final 2 non-conference games take place at home on the final 2 Saturdays of the year as Auburn welcomes the Murray State Racers, defending champions of the Ohio Valley Conference, on December 22 and the North Florida Ospreys on December 29th. Auburn will then have 10 days off before starting their SEC Schedule on January 9th at Ole Miss. For a look at Auburn’s SEC Schedule click here!
