The Auburn Tigers offensive line has gotten a ton better over the course of the season. One offensive lineman in particular was discussed on Monday’s edition of the daily Locked On Auburn podcast. Host Zac Blackerby shared his thoughts on the Auburn win over Tennessee but also shared his thoughts on perhaps the most improved player in the SEC, Tashawn Manning.

Here’s the quote from the podcast.

Blackerby: Let me give props to somebody here. Tashawn Manning has become a really, really good SEC offensive lineman. I think he’s been awesome. I mean, his improvement, if you want to say he’s the most improved player in the SEC, I’m okay with it. Props to Tashawn Manning. I mean, he has really, really stepped up. I mean, you look at what he did against Kentucky. It wasn’t pretty. Georgia, I mean, the whole line was bad against Georgia. But man, Tashawn Manning, like since that Saturday night game in Athens. Just to me, I’ve been really, really impressed with him. So I wanted to make sure that we gave him plenty of love. This is still a Brandon Council podcast, but Tashawn Manning, I’ve been really really impressed. Jack Bicknell Jr. has done such a good job with that group up front.
