Expectations are high for this Tigers that went to the 2019 College World Series and was set for a big year in 2020 before COVID ended the season prematurely.
Four weeks from today, the Auburn Baseball team will begin their season as they will host Presbyterian February 19-21 at Plainsman Park.
The non-conference schedule is highlighted by a trip to Texas for the Round Rock Classic where Auburn will face a pair of Big 12 opponents, Oklahoma and Baylor, and close with fellow SEC foe Texas A&M February 26-28.
Midweek home games include in-state foes Alabama A&M, Jacksonville State, UAB, Samford and North Alabama.
They will also travel to Birmingham twice to face UAB and Samford, Montgomery to play South Alabama and return to the site where they won the Atlanta Regional in 2019 as they will face Georgia Tech in Atlanta.
The Tigers will host Kentucky, Mississippi State, Florida, LSU and Texas A&M in SEC play while traveling to Ole Miss, Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia and Missouri.
Our resident baseball expert Drew McCracken will have plenty more in the coming weeks of what should be an exciting of Tigers Baseball! War Eagle!
