15-9 last week seems great, but that includes a perfect 8-0 on picking winners, which really doesn’t get you anywhere (especially in terms of games like Georgia/Vandy and Bama/USM). At least one of those losses was the hilarious bad beat of the Auburn/Georgia State total, which hit the over when Anders Carlson nailed the extra point following Smoke Monday’s game-sealing pick-6. That result and Mississippi State +2.5 were both losers by just a half-point last week, but so it goes.
This week we have an almost all conference slate. The only holdouts are two games in which I would need to be heavily compensated to watch. The good news is we’ll have a very long while to watch football while waiting for Auburn and LSU to get started in Baton Rouge. Let’s get to the picks.
