Auburn football: More videos to get you ready for the season

Auburn Athletics has been hard at work getting ready for the new year in Auburn Sports, and they've been releasing some great content on their YouTube page.

Since Monday, Auburn Athletics' YouTube channel has been releasing numerous videos getting us ready for the upcoming 2013 season. The first was a special two-and-a-half-minute video with Auburn's senior H-back/fullback, Jay Prosch. It was a touching piece regarding Prosch's transfer from Illinois, where he was an All-American fullback, to Auburn in order to be closer to his mother, who was suffering from brain cancer.

As mentioned in the video Jay's mother, Iris, succumbed to her fight with cancer on Sept. 3, 2012. Five days later, Prosch suited up in Starkville, Miss., against the Mississippi State Bulldogs where, with the support and compassion from his teammates, they dedicated the game to his mother.

In this video we see a young man demonstrate his strength, courage and commitment not just to the university and program he plays for, but for what matters most in life: family.

Next up, the channel also released a video entitled "Tiger Tailgate." When I saw the thumbnail and title, I thought, "Oh this will be an informative piece in regards to changes made during the offseason." Instead, it was a montage (featuring Phil Phillips' "Home") of various places in Auburn mixed with some highlight reels with live audio -- not expected, but enjoyable all the same.

The latest and briefest of the recently released hype videos is of one showing all the preparation -- and I mean ALL --- for Auburn's upcoming season.
