In one of those 11th hour situations, 4* WR Darius Slayton from Norcross, GA flipped his commitment from the University of Georgia to the Auburn Tigers.

And we had one of our first "University of Auburn" sightings. He did later correct the mistake, however.
Ok for all y'all grammar fanatics my bad I meant Auburn University*

Auburn was working Slayton hard over the last few weeks. He was committed to UGA as a defensive back, but wanted to play wide receiver. Auburn offered him the chance at that position, and after agonizing over the decision for the last week or more, he decided to switch to the Tigers.
Now he's made it official with an early morning signing of his Letter of Intent to the Tigers. The 6'1, 182 lbs wide receiver will have a chance to make an early impact as Auburn has spots open with Sammie Coates and Quan Bray graduating.
War Eagle, Darius. As a fellow Georgian who ended up on the Plains, I don't think you'll regret your choice.
