National Signing Day 2014: Auburn commit Devaroe Lawrence signs National Letter of Intent

Lawrence will add depth to the D-line.

Devaroe Lawrence, a solid JUCO defensive tackle in the Class of 2014 and a longtime Auburn commit, made his pledge to the Tigers official on Wednesday, National Signing Day. Lawrence faxed in his National Letter of Intent, making him a member of Gus Malzahn's program.

Lawrence, out of Georgia Military College, is rated as a three-star prospect by the 247Sports composite, and listed as the 132nd-best JUCO player in the current recruiting cycle. He's ranked No. 19 among all JUCO DTs and No. 7 among players from the state of Georgia. He committed to Auburn on July 21, 2013, and never wavered.

Lawrence stands 6'3 and weighs in at 278 pounds. He held scholarship offers from two schools an picked Auburn over Mississippi State.

Lawrence might not be the most talented DT on Auburn's roster, but he'll add solid depth to the defensive line.
