Four star athlete/wideout has chosen Auburn over Florida. Davis is ranked #188 in the 24/7 Sports Composite and #64 in the Rivals 100. Davis is quick twitch athlete who can be very dangerous in space. Davis has the ability to play both ways, but Auburn sees him as a wide receiver in the same role as a Quan Bray or Ricardo Louis.
With his speed and quickness, he fits perfectly in Gus Malzahn's offense. Davis could be a deadly weapon on the jet sweeps and end arounds as well getting mismatches in the slot. Davis played quarterback for his high school team, so there may be a little bit of a learning curve at wideout, but he's the type of athlete that should be able to adapt quickly.
This is another big win for Auburn over Florida. We really need to get Florida back on the schedule now to renew this rivalry on the field.
